Steamed vegetables ( with garlic tomato sauce )

STEAMED VEGETABLES with garlic tomato sauce      This recipe is perfect to prepare during those days,when we are unwilling to, and neither have we the time to cook a regular meal, but yet have to satiate our tummy ---so,here it is, just in no time,the food is ready. Of course,the sauce has to be prepared in advance,so as to accompany the recipe. Preparation time : 30 mins. Cooking time  : 10 mins & 20 mins  Servings  : 2 - 3 persons Ingredients  : For the steamed vegetables   : Cauliflower / phul gobhi ( cut into florets )  -  10 - 12 nos. Capsicum / simla mirch ( medium ) -  3 nos.  Carrots / gajar  -  2 - 3 nos. French beans  -  20 nos. Green peas / matar ( shelled )  -  1 cup Black pepper / kali mirch powder  -  1 tsp. Butter / makkhan  -  2 tsp. Salt / namak  -  acc. to taste Refined oil / tel  -  1 tbsp Silver foil for wrapping  For the sauce   : Vegetable stock  -  2 cups Tomato sauce  -  1 to 1 & 1/2 cups Ginger garl

This is that one kind of preparation which is made without any onion and garlic In every Bengali household,this dish is a common number  Serving with steamed plain rice make this a delicious one. So,let"s try ----- Preparation time  :   10 - 15 mins.
