sweet mango chhunda

                                                      sweet mango chhunda

It is a very popular dish of western india, traditionally chhunda is made by keeping the whole mixture under the sun for at least 7 to 8 days. Here I have made the dish on gas stove. Chhunda can be enjoyed with roti, paratha, or anything else you prefer. This mouth - watering sweet pickle / chutney is really yummy.
