ONLINE MATAR PANEER RECIPE It is a very popular Indian cuisine,specially in north and central India . I always prefer to use freshly-made paneer, because of its softness and good taste. Follow the steps below and the dish will come out delicious. Preparation time : 25 – 30 mins. Cooking time : 35 mins . Servings : 2-3 persons Ingredients : Paneer (cottage cheese ) – 500gm Shelled matar ( peas ) – 2 cups Garlic paste -1 ½ tsp Ginger paste – 1 tsp Coriander ( dhania ) – 1 ½ tsp Red chilli pwd – ½ tsp Turmeric (haldi ) – ½ tsp Sugar – ¼ tsp Onion paste – 10 tsp ( made out of 3 medium – sized onion ) Tomato paste -10 tsp ( made out of 2 big tomatoes ) Oil -2 tbsp Dalchini -1 inch Cloves -2-3 nos. Green cardamom – 1-2 nos. Method : Cut the paneer into small cubes. To make the garam masala paste, grind dalchini,cloves and green cardamom
