Orange Semolina Pudding  This eggless pudding, I may say, is a kind of dessert, which vegetarian section of people may like to have. Very easy to make with less ingredients,it can be enjoyed whenever you want. Mild orange flavor gives it an extra yummy taste. Preparation time  :   10 mins Cooking time  :  30 mins Refrigeration time  :  1 hour Servings  :  2 to 3 persons Ingredients  : Milk / dudh  --  3 cups Semolina / suji  --  1/2 cup Cornflour  --  1 tbsp Orange juice  --  1 cup Preparation  :   peel oranges and extract juices from them. Method : Mix the milk,sugar and the suji altogether in a vessel,and heat on a low flame. Stir continuously. Cook until the suji gets soft. Now, dissolve the cornflour in 1 to 2 tsp of water, and add it to the milk mixture gently. Stir and mix well. Cook until the mixture becomes semi-thick,or attained a dropping consistency. Desi Chana Pulao ( Bengal gram pilav) This protein and essential nutrients filled pulse, Bengal gram,or desi kala chana ,as called in India--are taken usually early morning breakfast or sometime as chole .  Here,for a change,it has been made in some other way.  Be it taken for lunch or dinner,it will be enjoyable equally. Adding mint(pudina) leaves enhances the dish with a subtle flavor.
