SHAHI MALPOA From east to west ---------- north to south of India ---- malpoa is a very common and popular sweet dish,.However,each region has its own unique style of preparing it, Whatever the method,malpoa is savoured by one and all. Here, i have endeavoured to offer in a rich,creamy shahi style. Preparation time : 30 mins. Cooking time : 30 mins. Servings : 12 - 13 pieces Ingredients : Refined flour / maida - 1 bowl Milk / dudh - 1 bowl Very thick milk / kheer - 1/2 bowl ( out of 1 ltr milk ) Fresh coconut / nariyal ( grated ) - 1/2 bowl Sugar / shakkar - 1 bowl ( 500 gms ) Nutmeg / jayphal pwd. - 2 pinch Raisins / kishmish - 1 tbsp Fennel seeds / moti saunf - 1 tbsp.
