MELON SMOOTHIE

MELON SMOOTHIE             In hot,hot summer,when we are searching for a  cool shelter over our head and a glass of cold water, at such moments,this kind of water melon smoothie,will not only quench our thirst,but also help in maintaining our electrolyte balance. Very easy to make,this recipe will be liked by everyone. Preparation time : 10  mins Cooking time :        5 mins. Servings :              2 persons Ingredients :        Water melon cubes ( with seeds ) - 1 bowl Ginger / adrak juice   -                     1 tsp. Black salt / kala namak  pwd.  -       1/2 tsp  Sugar syrup / chusney  -                 1 tbsp Ice cubes ( optional )    -                few cubes Method :  Put all the ingredients in a mixie jar. Blend until smooth in texture. Pour in glasses. Put the glasses in fridge for some times. Serve cool.  Suggestion :     here,i have used the seeds of the fruit, without discarding it ---- since  it is loaded with essential nut
