SEMOLINA TREAT

SUJI BARFI                          Suji,semolina or rava ---- whatever it is called,is derived from wheat. Whether sweet or non - sweet,suji is used to make varieties of dishes. It is very versatile. Here,i have prepared a sweet version of this semolina. Follow the steps below. Preparation time : 10 mins. Cooking time : 20 mins Servings : 25 pieces (approx. ) Ingredients :  Suji / semolina - 1 cup Besan / gram flour - 1/2 cup Khopra / dry coconut ( grated ) - 1/2 cup and 1 tbsp. Shakkar / sugar - 1 & 1/2 cup Milk - 2 cup Choti ilaichi / green cardamom ( pwd ) - 1/2 tsp Kaju / cashewnut - 1 tbsp ( cut into small pieces ) Kishmish / raisins - 1 tbsp Desi ghee / clarified butter - 1/2 cup Method :  Heat a pan or kadhai.
